About Me
Hey, I’m Miles — I believe fitness isn’t just a "hobby", it’s self-care that empowers you to live your life to the fullest. I move, train, and challenge myself not just to look good or hit milestones, but so I can explore, experience, and enjoy everything life has to offer — from travel and adventure to food, style, and everyday moments that make life exciting.
My approach is all about balance, fun, and purpose. Fitness should fit your life, not take it over.
My fitness journey
- 5+ years of experience
- Went from 125 lbs (3 years ago) to 177 lbs (now)
- Started running for mental + physical benefits
- Now training for multiple marathons (Kiawah Island, Boston, and Pittsburgh)
PROGRAMS
Running To End ALZ
My Grandma was officially diagnosed with alzheimer’s 5 years ago and I didn’t realize how much this diagnosis would affect her and my family.
I want to make as big an impact as possible, so I run every race to raise money and awareness for Alzheimer’s.
Currently, I’m working to raise $26,200 by spring 2026, either for the Boston Marathon (if I receive a charity bib) or for my hometown Pittsburgh Marathon.
If you’re a brand or organization interested in sponsoring this campaign, feel free to email me!(milsmillr@gmail.com) If you’re an individual looking to donate to the Alzheimer’s Association, follow the link below…
